National Standard "Green Lighting Detection and Evaluation Method"

The National Standard "Green Lighting Detection and Evaluation Method" (hereinafter referred to as "Standard") prepared by the China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. and related units has been published and will be officially implemented on May 1.

Through extensive research, the Standards draws on relevant domestic and international standards and engineering practice experience, and is completed on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions. It provides a basis for the detection and evaluation of green lighting in China; It is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of natural lighting and artificial lighting, and has established a perfect green lighting detection and evaluation system. The evaluation indicators and scoring settings are reasonable and have strong practicability, which fills the blank of China's green lighting evaluation standards; The standard combines the geographical characteristics of China, and puts forward the calculation method of lighting power consumption reference value and dynamic lighting evaluation index suitable for China's national conditions for the first time. It is innovative; the content of "Standard" is scientific and reasonable, and it has strong operability. It is in harmony with the current relevant standards. Reach the international advanced level.

At present, China's lighting industry is in a period of rapid development, and the industry is in urgent need of a scientific and effective method to test and evaluate the quality of lighting projects. The release and implementation of this Standard will play a very important role in promoting the healthy development of China's green lighting industry and guiding the construction of China's green lighting projects.

Shenzhen released the first local standard for indoor LED light information transmission system

According to the Baoan Daily report, in order to standardize the technical requirements of the indoor LED optical information transmission system, the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration publicly released the Shenzhen Standardization Technical Document “General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System” (No. SZDB/Z) 297-2018), and implemented on May 1, 2018, the Shenzhen standard once again took the lead in the country.

It is reported that the "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System" stipulates the system composition, equipment performance requirements, interface protocols, coding methods and security requirements in the indoor LED optical information transmission system. The standard requires that the indoor LED light information transmission technology related products produced and sold in Shenzhen must be related to the relevant provisions in the "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System". The newly issued standard guidance document is applicable to short-distance communication technology in which the visible light (spectrum band 380nm-780nm) and infrared light (spectral band 790nm-1mm) emitted by LEDs are used as information carriers in indoor environments, requiring normal use of lighting places. Lighting fixtures, in meeting the communication requirements, the lighting power, illumination, color temperature, color rendering index and other lighting indicators should comply with GB50034. When applied in non-civil or special areas, the luminaires shall comply with the laws and regulations of the corresponding fields and regions. The document is not suitable for LED optical communication technology in outdoor environments with sunlight and noise.

The "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System" will be implemented from May 1, 2018. Relevant enterprises shall timely improve the output products according to the guidelines of Shenzhen Standard, and make each piece of "Shenzhen" with high quality and high standards. "Manufactured" products become the leading standard in Chinese standards.

The newly-developed national standardization technical document GB/Z34447-2017 "Sharp edge test device for lighting equipment and test program sharp edge test" was released, implementation date: 2018-05-01, the guiding technical document is equivalent to IECTR62854:2014 .

GB/T34446-2017 "Fixed General Purpose LED Lamp Performance Requirements" is a newly developed recommended national standard, implementation date: 2018-05-01.
