Semiconductor Lighting Joint Innovation National Laboratory

On the morning of May 20th, 2014, the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Lighting Co-Innovation (Changzhou Base) held a project results conference in Wujin National High-tech Zone.

The results announcement released three R&D results:

1. COF flexible packaging technology: The chip is packaged on a soft substrate by a micro connection technology, so that the packaged product is lighter, the light emitting angle is larger, the cost is better, and the integrated module of the light source and the power supply is suitable. This technology has applied for 40 patents, of which invention patents accounted for two-thirds, and now has obtained two patents for inventions.

2, scene lighting intelligent control technology: pure wifi control, no bridge, to solve Zigbee and Bluetooth need to bridge, breakpoints. This technology combines LED lighting fixtures with smartphones to control the lighting system through smartphones.

3. Small plant plant combined with LED plant lighting: By adjusting the spectrum, light intensity, and rhythm to achieve the best light conditions for plant growth, the sodium lamp in the existing plant lighting is large in size, has large heat, and the spectrum does not fully adapt to the problem of plant growth.

As an important platform for Wujin National High-tech Zone and Changzhou Semiconductor Lighting Industrial Park, the National Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Lighting Innovation (Changzhou Base) has been in operation since May 2012. It has more than 80 members, including 14 doctors at home and abroad. There are 7 transformation achievements and 10 industry standards have been issued (of which 3 are listed as national standards).
