This article introduces four kinds of multi-ground control switch circuits.

This example introduces a multi-ground control switch with a delay function that uses multiple buttons to control one illuminator. By pressing any button, the illumination lamp can be turned on, and the illumination lamp is automatically turned off in about 3 minutes. The multi-ground control switch circuit is composed of control buttons S1 to S5, a power supply circuit and a timing control circuit, as shown in the figure.

EL selects multiple 40~60W bulbs in parallel.

The multi-ground control switch introduced in this example can arbitrarily turn on or off the working power of a certain part of the load (electrical equipment) in multiple places. The switch can be used for lighting control in corridors, corridors, public spaces, and industrial production (control of a production facility in multiple locations on the factory floor). The multi-ground control switch circuit is composed of intermediate relays KA1 to KA3 and S1 to Sn as shown in the figure.

C1 uses monolithic capacitors; C2 uses aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 16V. IC selects CD4024 type 7-bit binary counter integrated circuit. UR and VT should be selected according to the power of the load. If the lighting below 100W is controlled, UR and VT can use 1A, 400V rectifier bridge and thyristor; if control single-phase AC motor below 1kW, UR and VT The current capacity should be 6-10A.

In this example, the multi-ground control switch can be used to control one-way electrical appliances (such as lighting) with multiple button switches. It is suitable for hotels, hospitals, corridors, stairs, etc. where more than 3 switches are required. The multi-controller switch circuit is composed of a power supply circuit, a monostable trigger, a flip-flop and buttons S1 to Sn, a thyristor VT, etc., as shown in the figure.

C1 selects a polyester capacitor or CBB capacitor with a withstand voltage greater than 400V; C2 selects an aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a withstand voltage of 25V; C3 uses a monolithic capacitor or a polyester capacitor. VD selects 1N4007 silicon rectifier diode for use. VS selects 1/2W, 9V silicon Zener diode. VT selects 3A, 600V bidirectional thyristor. IC selects CD4013 or C043 double D flip-flop integrated circuit. S1 ~ Sn select the normally open button.
