Fault code: 3

Fault description: The inverter is not ready for fault, that is, the inverter is in fault protection state; the inverter parameters are not set properly.

Fault countermeasures: Check the fault source according to the inverter fault display; check the parameter setting of the inverter output signal (prepared).

Fault code: 4

Fault description: The inverter runs fault, the output direction of the main board and the enable signal, and the inverter running signal (opening signal R2) is not given.

Troubleshooting: Check the inverter direction and enable port settings; check if the inverter has not received the direction and enable command; check if the EMERSON CT inverter 19.15 parameter is too low (recommended value: 600-1200).

Fault code: 5

Fault description: No feedback fault of the encoder signal (encoder failure or motor not turning)

Trouble-shooting: The encoder is damaged (when the synchronous host is equipped, the encoder is damaged and the elevator cannot be driven normally); the inverter's crossover output component is damaged; the high-speed counter input interface is incorrectly wired; the motor is blocked.

Replace the encoder; replace the inverter crossover card; check the wiring; check if the brake is not open.

Fault code: 6

Fault description: The encoder signal is out of phase (A and B are reversed)

Trouble-shooting: A and B phases of high-speed counting are reversed. Replace the wiring of the A and B phases of the J16 port, or the A+ and B+ of the J17 port, and the wiring of the A and B.

Fault code: 8

Fault description: R2 short-circuit fault, the running signal of the inverter (opening signal R2) still exists when the elevator stops.

Fault countermeasures: Check the parameter settings in the inverter; check whether the output point of the inverter running signal (opening signal R2) is stuck.

Fault code: 9

Fault description: Motor thermal protection.

Troubleshooting: Motor thermal protection device action.

Fault code: 10

Fault Description: Communication failure, the control board and the external call display panel and the car master can not establish communication.

Troubleshooting: Check the serial communication circuit or connector of the accompanying cable for disconnection; replace the relevant control board.

Fault code: 21

Fault Description: Self-learning failed

Trouble-shooting: Check whether the high-speed counter is up or down, whether the door switch is consistent with the set total floor, and whether the top-level forced deceleration is valid.

Fault code: 30

Fault description: The safety circuit is disconnected, the safety circuit is cut off or the safety circuit relay contacts are not in good contact.

Troubleshooting: Check the disconnected part of the safety circuit; replace the safety circuit relay.

Fault code: 31

Fault description: The door lock is disengaged during operation, the door knife position is not properly adjusted; the door machine retains insufficient force; the door lock contactor contact is poor.

Troubleshooting: Adjust the door mechanism; replace the door lock contactor.

Fault code: 32

Fault description: The door lock is shorted, and the door lock signal and the door open in-position signal act simultaneously.

Trouble-shooting: Remove the short connection of the door lock; check whether the door-opening switch is malfunctioning or the parameter in the main board----the logic two setting is wrong.

Fault code: 33

Fault Description: The express status does not stop in the door area.

Trouble-shooting: Operational door lock action, phase sequence action or inverter protection or other protection actions; overhaul in the non-door area to automatic.

Combined with other fault information, comprehensive judgment.

Fault code: 35

Fault description: The door lock relay is stuck, the high pressure hall and the car door lock monitoring point are not working but the door lock contactor contact action.

Troubleshooting: Replace the door lock relay.

Fault code: 36

Fault description: The safety relay is stuck, the high voltage safety monitoring point is not working but the safety contactor contact is activated.

Troubleshooting: Replace the safety relay.

Fault code: 37

Fault description: Run timeout fault, loss of door area signal, motor stall or car failure caused the elevator to run out in high speed in non-gate area.

Troubleshooting: Check the door zone signal; check the traction machine; check if the running protection time is set too short (when the elevator has a very long floor).

Fault description: The door lock of the high pressure monitoring hall is disconnected during operation.

Fault code: 39

Fault description: The high pressure monitoring car door lock is disconnected during operation.

Fault code: 40

Fault description: After leaving the door zone, the timeout is 5 seconds and the elevator has not left the door zone within 5 seconds.

Troubleshooting: Check if the brake is open; check if the inverter parameter setting causes the acceleration to be too slow.

Fault code: 41

Fault description: The low speed running timeout is 20 seconds, and the elevator has not reached the door zone after 20 seconds of deceleration.

Troubleshooting: Check if the inverter deceleration time is set too short; check if the door area switch is damaged.

Fault code: 42

Fault description: The top and bottom layers are forced to decelerate at the same time.

Troubleshooting: Check if the forced deceleration switch is damaged; check if the forced deceleration signal is disconnected.

Fault code: 43

Fault Description: The seismic input point action.

Fault code: 46

Fault description: Stall, the elevator speed is greater than 115% of the rated ladder speed, and the action is immediate.

Troubleshooting: Check if the inverter speed setting is too high; recheck the parameter settings.

Fault code: 47

Fault description: Slow lower limit switch action.

Trouble-shooting: The limit switch is installed at a high level, and the normal operation to the bottom layer will also operate.

Fault code: 48

Fault description: The upper limit switch of the local train is activated.

Trouble-shooting: The limit switch is installed low, and it will operate when it runs to the top.

Fault code: 50

Fault description: The running contactor closing action timeout is 1.2 seconds. The fault detects the running contactor stuck fault.

Troubleshooting: Run contactor sticking; run contactor auxiliary contact bad contact.

Fault code: 51

Fault description: The running contactor disconnection action timeout is 1.2 seconds fault, and the running contactor is detected, and the fault does not work after running.

Troubleshooting: Run contactor auxiliary contact bad contact; replace running contactor; check whether the feedback point (P3.0) of the running contactor on the main board is normal.

Fault code: 52

Fault description: The brake contactor closing action timed out for 1.2 seconds, and the brake contactor stuck fault was detected.

Trouble-shooting: the brake contactor is stuck; the contact of the brake contactor is poor.

Fault code: 53

Fault description: The brake contactor disconnection action timeout is 1.2 seconds fault, and the fault that the running contactor does not operate after running is detected.

Trouble-shooting: Poor contact of the brake contactor auxiliary contact; replace the brake contactor; check whether the feedback point (P3.1) of the brake contactor on the main board is normal.

Fault code: 54

Fault description: The closing action of the brake trip switch has timed out of 1.2 seconds, and the fault that the brake cannot be opened after running is detected.

Trouble-shooting: The brake brake is stuck; the brake travel switch is in poor contact.

Fault code: 55

Fault description: The brake trip switch disconnection action timeout is 1.2 seconds fault, and the brake is not braked when the parking is detected.

Trouble-shooting: The brake brake is stuck; the brake travel switch is in poor contact; the control circuit of the brake coil has a bad contact.

Fault code: 56

Fault description: The high-voltage monitoring points of the hall and the car door lock are all operating, while the low-voltage door lock input point is not working. The door lock circuit is open but the door lock relay is not engaged.

Troubleshooting: Replace the door lock relay.

Fault code: 57

Fault description: The safe high-voltage monitoring point is activated and the low-voltage monitoring point is not working. The safety circuit is open but the safety relay is not sucking.

Troubleshooting: Replace the safety relay.

Trouble-shooting: Clean the door sill; the low-speed torque of the door machine is too small, and the inverter parameters of the door machine need to be reset; the serial communication is not normal.

Fault code: 61

Fault Description: The door is blocked and the timeout is 10 seconds. The elevator closes for more than 10 seconds. The in-position switch does not work.

Trouble-shooting: Clean the door sill; the low-speed torque of the door machine is too small, and the inverter parameters of the door machine need to be reset; the serial communication is not normal.

Fault code: 62

Fault description: switch door in place switch at the same time

Fault countermeasures: The switch door limit switch is damaged; the switch door in-position signal logic setting (normally open / normally closed) is set incorrectly; serial communication is not normal.

Fault code: 64

Fault description: safety touch panel, light curtain action timeout more than 10 seconds

Trouble-shooting: Some people block the door machine; the light curtain is damaged; the light curtain signal line is broken or short-circuited.

Fault code: 65

Fault Description: Power outage operation (UPS) operation

Trouble-shooting: The elevator starts the power failure emergency operation function; the logic setting of the power failure running signal (P4.4) on the main board is incorrect.

Fault code: 66

Fault Description: The door lock is closed, the door is closed and the door lock is blocked.

Trouble-shooting: adjust the position of the switch mechanism of the door mechanism; adjust the parameters of the inverter door machine; exchange the door lock device.

Fault code: 70

Fault description: slow speed limit switch simultaneously

Troubleshooting: The P1.6 (S5W) lower limit signal and the P1.7 (S6W) upper limit signal on the main board simultaneously operate.

Fault code: 71

Fault description: The medium speed forced deceleration switch operates at the same time. The medium speed forced deceleration signal of P1.4 (S3W) and the medium speed forced deceleration signal of P1.5 (S4W) on the main board simultaneously operate effectively.

Fault code: 72

Fault description: The lower low speed forced deceleration switch is stuck, and the low speed forced deceleration signal of P1.2 (S1W) on the main board is kept moving for 9 seconds.

Fault code: 73

Fault description: The low speed forced deceleration switch is stuck, and the low speed forced deceleration signal on P1.3 (S2W) on the main board is kept moving for 9 seconds.

Fault code: 74

Fault description: The lower medium speed forced deceleration switch is stuck, and the medium speed forced deceleration signal of P1.4 (S3W) on the main board is kept moving for 9 seconds.

Fault code: 75

Fault description: The upper and middle speed forced deceleration switch is stuck, and the medium speed forced deceleration signal on P1.5 (S3W) on the main board is kept moving for 9 seconds.

Fault code: 76

Fault Description: Advance door open contactor sticking fault

Troubleshooting: P3.2 logic setting error or early door opening output contactor contact failure.

Fault code: 77

Fault description: In the high-speed elevator, the position of the forced switch is wrong. When the elevator expresser hits the S1W, the elevator speed exceeds the speed ratio (%) corresponding to the forced deceleration. The elevator reports the fault of No. 77, and the uplink also reports the fault of No. 77. (The speed ratio can be set, greater than 100 or equal to 0 is invalid).

Fault code: 79

Fault description: Floor error protection, fault No. 79 is reported in the wrong layer, and the elevator returns to the first floor to correct the floor.

Fault code: 84

Fault description: 50, 52, 54 faults are reported continuously for 5 times. The stop operation must be manually reset. At the same time, the 84th fault prompts to check the contactor line, and the repair bit should be checked.
