Analysis of common faults of inverter terminals

Firstly, the control voltage of the control terminal and the 10V frequency adjustment voltage should be measured. If it is zero, the terminal is used normally, otherwise the higher quality connected product needs to be replaced; secondly, the resistance of the main terminal of the inverter is normal;

2. The inverter incoming line cannot measure data:

No faults were found when viewing the fault log in the drive menu, and the operation of each button on the operator panel was recorded in the event log. Check that the LED indicators on the A10 main board and A22 power board in the inverter are normal. Use the test pencil to measure the incoming power of the inverter. It is found that one phase is not normal. The three-phase result measured by a multimeter is: Vab=390V, Vac= 190V, Vbc=190V. Poor contact at the terminal block of the incoming line of the inspection system.

3. Carbonization of terminals in the inverter module:

When checking the inverter module for no bad symptoms, check the insulation problem between each terminal and the ground. Once the plastic insulated terminals between the DC bus circuit terminals P-P1 and N are found to have charring signs, replace them from a safety point of view. If the terminal is damaged, the inverter can resume normal operation.
