On March 11, Luxiao Technology announced that the company intends to increase its capital of 200 million yuan to Berne Luxiao Sapphire Co., Ltd. to expand its registered capital to meet its production scale and operational needs. It is reported that Luxiao Technology has confirmed that it has received orders for Apple products, and domestic listed companies that provide sapphire for Apple include Dazu Laser and Southwest Pharmaceutical.
Berne Laughter Sapphire Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Luxiao Technology and Berne Optics in May 2014. Among them, Luxiao Technology accounted for 40% of the registered capital and Berne Optics accounted for 60%. The Luxiao Technology and Berne Optics added RMB 200 million and RMB 300 million respectively to Berne. After the capital increase, the ratio of the two sides to the registered capital remained unchanged. In addition, Berne Laughter completed the preliminary work of installation and commissioning of 200 sapphire crystal growth equipment at the end of 2014 and put it into production in January this year.
