The number of 3G mobile phone users increased by 546,500, a total of 106.995 million, and the province's telephone user penetration rate reached 116%. The penetration rate of telephone users increased by 1 percentage point compared with the end of 2011.

In January of this year (2012), the number of new telephone users in Jiangsu reached 939,400, a total of 91.451 million, an increase of 7.9% year-on-year, and 546,500 new users of 3G mobile phones, a total of 106.995 million, the province's telephone users spread The rate reached 116%, and the penetration rate of telephone users across the province increased by 1 percentage point from the end of 2011. The basic telecom enterprises in the province had completed a total of 7.329 billion yuan in telecommunication services, an increase of 16.37% year-on-year, and a total revenue of 6.856 billion yuan in telecom services, an increase of 12.6% year-on-year.

As of the end of January 2012, the province’s non-telephone business income reached 374,300,000 yuan, accounting for 55% of the total telecommunications business revenue, an increase of 4 percentage points from the end of December last year.
