How to install the suspension clamp?

The steps for installing the suspension clamp are as follows:

1 After the adjustment of the sag is finished, the center mark of the wire is drawn in the take-up trolley;

2 Move the pulley along the line and wind a layer of aluminum tape on the wire;

3 Lift with the pulley group (hand chain hoist, double hook tightener, etc.), the position of the lifting point should be close to the wire hanging point of the cross arm, and it should not be hung in the middle of the horizontal material. The wire must be covered with burlap cloth or other soft materials. Protect and remove the wire from the trolley into the clamp;

4 Install the suspension clamp, so that the center of the suspension hull should be aligned with the center mark of the drawn wire to ensure that the suspension clamp is not skewed.
