In October 2016, Hongli Zhihui launched the G6060, the first fully inorganic (CMH) packaged UVC LED technology product in China. The core technology of this product is to help the UV LED SMD reliable package with the CMH platform to realize the deep UV UV LED. Protected gas or vacuum encapsulation for a stable and reliable package to increase its service life.

According to the relevant technical person in charge of Hongli Zhihui, because the deep ultraviolet photon energy is very large, if it is packaged with white light, it is encapsulated with optical resin. Therefore, compared with the past UV products, Hongli Zhihui's innovative packaging technology has greatly improved the service life of deep ultraviolet LED products, and has made a major breakthrough in comprehensive performance.

At the same time, it adopts special optical glass package to ensure the ultraviolet light transmittance of 260nm~360nm part is ≥90%. At the same time, the glass has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical stability.
