Despite the huge application market of deep ultraviolet, the power and stability of the chip have been greatly improved, but the packaging technology of domestic UVC LED is slightly backward, so it is very urgent to find a stable and reliable packaging method.

In October 2016, Hongli Zhihui launched the G6060, the first fully inorganic (CMH) packaged UVC LED technology product in China. The core technology of this product is to help the UV LED SMD reliable package with the CMH platform to realize the deep UV UV LED. Protected gas or vacuum encapsulation for a stable and reliable package to increase its service life.

At the same time, with the help of the CMH platform, the application of UV LEDs in harsh environments (such as high humidity, underwater, etc.) is expanded. (CMH: C=ceramic ceramic, M=Metal metal, H=Glass glass)

According to the relevant technical person in charge of Hongli Zhihui, because the deep ultraviolet photon energy is very large, if it is packaged with white light, it is encapsulated with optical resin. Under long-term high-energy ultraviolet irradiation, the optical resin is easy to yellow. This leads to a significant reduction in the lifetime of UVC LEDs.

Therefore, compared with the past UV products, Hongli Zhihui's innovative packaging technology has greatly improved the service life of deep ultraviolet LED products, and has made a major breakthrough in comprehensive performance.

First, the ceramic, metal, glass hermetic packaging structure meets the MIL-STD-883 standard;

Secondly, it solves the problem of insufficient reliability of yellowing and cracking caused by the use of rubber packaging for UV products;

In addition, Hongli Zhihui's UVC-G6060 optional band is 275-285nm; high stability, N2 or vacuum protection, CMH structural products, pre-package test results using nuclear mass spectrometer MSE-4000 leak detector, Under the pressure condition of 5.0Kg, the leak test result obtained by pressing for 1 hour is: 6.0×10-9pa.m3/S.

At the same time, it adopts special optical glass package to ensure the ultraviolet light transmittance of 260nm~360nm part is ≥90%. At the same time, the glass has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical stability.
