In this way, Wang Donglei, his younger brother Wang Dongming and his son Wang Dun, together with their decent executives Xiao Yu and Li Huating, Wang has four executive board seats and one non-executive director seat on NVC Lighting Board.
NVC Lighting has experienced two internal disputes in the past few years due to some of the grassroots business practices of founder Wu Changjiang and the dispersion of corporate equity and board decision-making power. Today, the decentralized position of NVC Lighting's board of directors is basically over.

An example is the acquisition of Zhongshan NVC. On November 11, NVC Lighting announced that it will acquire approximately 25% of the remaining 25% equity interest in Yao Neng Holdings for approximately RMB 225 million, thereby achieving 100% holding of NVC Lighting to Zhongshan NVC Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.
The lighting business and assets associated with NVC Lighting in Dehao Runda are also attracting attention. At this conference, the main body of signing cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the "NVC Group."
It is understood that Wang Donglei has combined NVC Lighting and its related assets into the NVC Group to achieve resource synergy. Li Huating, general manager of Dehao Runda, was recently appointed as the vice chairman of NVC Lighting. In the first half of 2016, sales revenue of NVC Lighting decreased slightly by 0.5% year-on-year to 1.763 billion yuan, but LED lighting revenue increased by 94.8% year-on-year to 1.177 billion yuan, and the company's profit continued to grow.
For the lighting industry, smart lighting is the next "cake." This time, Ke Zhicheng and Wang Donglei are hoping to bet the wisdom of lighting and let NVC enter a new growth track.

There are about 200,000 street lamps in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. There are many imaginations in the future. NVC will expand its smart lighting market from lighting services to camera equipment services. Existing street lights do not need to be reinvented, just add intelligent modules, terminals and sensors are connected together, data is stored, analyzed and managed.
