In the annual salary ranking of the chairman of the household appliances, the compensation of the chairman of the two companies in the Big Three has won first and second respectively.
According to statistics of Choice, the chairman of Midea Group, Fang Hongbo, ranks first in the annual salary of the chairman of the home appliance company with an annual salary of 7.66 million yuan, and Dongmingzhu, chairman of Gree Electric Appliances, ranks second with annual salary of 6.19 million yuan. The annual salary of the chairman of Skyworth Digital is relatively low, last year was 110,000 yuan, a 70-fold difference from Fang Hongbo's annual salary.
It is worth noting that for household appliance manufacturers, the annual salary is only drizzle, they are the company's dividends in the first year, including Fang Hongbo's dividend of 136 million yuan last year, Dong Mingzhu alone dividends into nearly 80 million yuan.
And Fang Hongbo's dividends last year were 17 times the annual salary. The annual salary was only 5.6% of the dividends. Last year, home appliances giants Fang Hongbo and Dong Mingzhu were all paid over 6 million yuan. Among them, Fang Hongbo holds the annual salary of chairman of the listed company of home appliances with 7.66 million yuan, and Dong Mingzhu followed closely with RMB 6.19 million. In addition, the annual salary of the chairman of Jiuyang Group is 3.08 million yuan, the chairman of Flying Branch Electric is 2.88 million yuan, the chairman of Hisense Kelon is 2.68 million yuan, and the chairman of Whirlpool is 2.28 million yuan.
It is worth noting that the total annual salary of the senior executives of Midea Group is 37.19 million yuan, which is also the list of home appliance companies that collectively receive the highest annual salary.
Five years ago, Fang Hongbo took over the scepter of He Xiangjian, and the United States entered an era when it was completely handled by professional managers. Fang Hongbo implemented a series of changes to the United States. Under the helm of Fang Hongbo, Midea Group completed the overall listing. While the chairman of the two white giants held several million salary, some of the directors of home appliance listed companies were only paid 100,000. And Yang Dongwen, chairman of Skyworth Digital, received a relatively low salary at the listed company, only 115,000 yuan. However, the Skyworth Digital Annual Report shows that Yang Dongwen also paid for Skyworth Digital affiliate companies such as Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB Electronics Co., Ltd. at the same time.
It is worth noting that after Skyworth’s publication of the annual report, it encountered a collective departure of senior management. After four days of publishing the 2016 annual report, Skyworth Digital announced that the company received a written resignation report from Chairman Yang Dongwen, Director Liu Xiaoyu and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee Guo Limin.
Yang Dongwen joined Skyworth Group in 1998. Prior to that, he was Vice President of the Color TV Division of Skyworth Group, and was the General Marketing Director of Skyworth TV in China. He played an important role in Skyworth, and the industry speculated about the departure of the three. Some analysts believe that Skyworth's high-level figures may fluctuate or relate to performance.

Its net profit in the fourth quarter of last year was 140 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 31%. GF Securities analysts believe that Skyworth's figures are below market expectations.

Although Fang Hongbo and Dong Mingzhu have considerable salaries, the annual salary is only “drizzle†compared to their dividends.
Midea Group achieved total operating revenue of 159.842 billion yuan last year, up 15% year-on-year; net profit of 14.684 billion yuan, up 16% year-on-year. According to the company's annual report, it decided to pay a deposit of 10.00 yuan for every 10 shares, a total of 6.465 billion yuan in dividends, and 44% of net profit. According to the annual report, the number of shares held by Fang Hongbo at the end of the period was 136 million shares, and the dividend of Fang Hongbo reached 136 million yuan. However, it is clear that Gree is more generous than the United States in terms of dividends.
This year, Gree Electric's shareholders welcomed the most generous dividends in history. Gree Electric just released the annual report shows that the company's revenue last year was 108.3 billion yuan, an increase of 10.8%, the company plans to send 10 18 yuan. According to the company's total share capital of 6.016 billion shares, the Gree Electric Appliances' total dividend amounted to 10.828 billion yuan, the dividend amount hit a record high, if you do not consider the tax factor, only the Dong Mingzhu dividend of up to 79.97 million yuan. The "Securities Daily" reporter calculated a rough calculation and found that Fang Hongbo's dividend last year was 17 times the annual salary, and the annual salary was only 5.6% of the dividend. Dong Mingzhu's dividend was about 13 times the annual salary, and the annual salary was only 7% of the dividend.
At the same time, the dividends of listed companies are closely related to their performance.
According to the 2016 annual report of Midea Group, the company achieved a total operating revenue of approximately 159.8 billion yuan, an increase of 21 billion yuan. The company plans to pay 10 yuan for every 10 shares, and the total amount of dividends will be as high as 6.5 billion. The performance trend of Midea Group is positive. Midea Group announced that it had revenue of 59.76 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2017, a year-on-year increase of 55.85%; net profit reached 4.35 billion yuan, an increase of 11.4% over the same period last year. In the first quarter, KUKA Group, Toshiba Home Appliances and other completed M&A projects have been consolidated into the consolidated statements. However, the annual report shows that Gree achieved revenue of 108.303 billion yuan in 2016, only maintaining a certain growth, and there is still room left to achieve Gree's reengineering. Only one year has passed since the redevelopment of Dong Mingzhu’s plan. It seems that Dong Mingzhu’s pressure is not small.
