4. Do not install this LED corn bulb in ambient where has high temperature over like 55 celsius. 
5. Please do not loose your hand before the led corn bulb is tightly screwed into the base.
6. Existing ballast/transformer must be bypassed before plug the bulb in.
7. This led corn bulb is available with E40 E39(Mogule) and E27 E26(Medium) bases.
