Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. (tender) entrusted Fujian Xingyi Consulting Co., Ltd. 3. Must have a business license and qualification certificate that is qualified for annual inspection;
4. In the past three years (until the announcement deadline, the same below), no fraudulent bidding and serious breach of contract occurred in domestic construction and other bidding activities, and no related violations, violations of discipline or illegal acts involving commercial bribery;
5. It has not been rated as unqualified contractor by State Grid and Provincial Power Company; or it has been rated as unqualified contractor by State Grid and Provincial Power Company, but it is no longer within the bidding period;
6. No major personal deaths occurred within the past year, and no personal deaths occurred within half a year; no general construction quality accidents occurred within the past three months, no major construction quality accidents occurred within six months, and no major construction occurred within one year. 7. The bidder is not blacklisted by the Fujian Electric Power Company, or is blacklisted but not in the bidding period;
