To achieve the purpose of comparison, it is first necessary to establish the basic data of the material station table in the LEAN MES system. A complete material station table data basically includes product code (or work order code), material code, Feeder specification, production line code, equipment number, station number, and for double panels, it also includes board information (A/B surface), and a table number is required for a dual-table device. The material station table data is generally maintained by the craftsman, and is entered into the computer connected to the SMT equipment in advance. Before the material loading comparison, it is only necessary to import this data from the computer of the SMT equipment into the MES system.

In the electronic assembly industry, a product consists of hundreds or thousands of electronic components, and these electronic components have many substitute materials or designated materials. In order to reduce costs and maximize the use of inventory surplus materials, there may be frequent changes in the production process. To change the materials, naturally, it is necessary to change the material station table frequently. Considering this situation, it is necessary to reduce the possibility of errors in the data of the material station table as much as possible. There are generally two processing methods to achieve this purpose:

First, after changing the material station table, the system forces the user to compare the materials contained in the material station table of the product with the material issue list of the current work order. Continuation is only allowed if the comparison results are consistent or the user approves the difference. use the material station table;

Second, the material station table data entering the LEAN MES system itself is composed of two parts, one part is the batching BOM of the work order (including the material code, Symbol number), and the other part is the process BOM data prepared by the craftsman. The BOM data does not contain specific material information, but only gives the station location and Feeder specification information of a certain SMT device corresponding to each Symbol. The process BOM data is basically fixed for each model, and the only thing that changes is the work order batching BOM data, and the work order batching BOM data is often generated and adjusted in the ERP system, and the possibility of errors is extremely small.

After having the material station table data, it is necessary to consider how to realize error proofing during the feeding scanning process. To put it simply, feeding error prevention means that the system compares the material labels, Feeder labels, station labels scanned by the user during the feeding process and the material station table data, and gives clear warning messages when inconsistencies are found, so as to achieve inspection. and warning purposes. The seemingly simple SMT feeding operation has its own complexity. A complete and practical SMT feeding error prevention system needs to provide at least the following functions:

First, in the entire production process of the SMT workshop, the feeding scanning can be attributed to four business types: feeding, changing/receiving, unloading, and QC sampling comparison.
