Mongolia invested 260 million to acquire 55% equity of Shengqi Optoelectronics and involved in LED

Mongolia Investment resumed trading on November 30 and announced that it will indirectly acquire a 55% stake in Shengqi Optoelectronics, which mainly develops, manufactures and processes LED products in China; the cost is 264 million yuan, including cash 120 million yuan; and the issue of 144 million yuan can be exchanged. The stock is paid. The guaranteed profit for 2013 is not less than 62.5 million yuan.

Mongolia Investment announced its first half of fiscal year ending September, with a revenue of 452 million yuan, an increase of 6.2% year-on-year. The loss recorded increased from 74.69 million yuan in the same period last year to 94.23 million yuan, with a loss per share of 5.12 cents. No interim dividends are sent.
