Transformer voltage regulator switch fault inspection method

The inspection of the transformer voltage regulator switch can usually be carried out from the following aspects:

(1) Inspection of the contact surface of the contact. Mainly to check whether the contact surface of the fixed and movable contacts is burned, whether there is dirt or the like.

(2) Inspection of the operating lever. Check if the joint is tight with the joint of the lid, whether the liner is complete, and there is no water stain under the lid.

(3) Inspection of the on-load switch. The core part of the switch should be lifted out, and the movement of the contact limit should be observed back and forth to check the transition resistance to see if there is a problem with the connection.

(4) Inspection of the transmission mechanism. It should be checked whether it is malfunctioning, whether there is looseness, whether the action is the same when the three-phase contacts are closed, and whether the tension of the spring is the same.

(5) Inspection of the terminal block type tap. The tightness of the bolt heads should be checked, and if there is dirt accumulation between the terminals, there will be a jump or short circuit.
