Shear bending controller is a special numerical control system developed by combining the application requirements of domestic shearing equipment. The system uses the Xinjie PLC as a controller and adopts a 5.7-inch color screen as the man-machine interface. It has excellent performance, friendly interface and convenient operation.

Explanation:
Ø Two-axis positioning control; Positioning control of the backgauge of the shear or bending machine; Positioning control of the deadbolt of the bending machine.
Ø One-way and two-way positioning function, effectively eliminate the screw clearance.
Ø With the function of concession and escape, to avoid the interference between the backgauge and the workpiece, to reduce the wear and improve the positioning accuracy.
Ø Select auto search reference point function when starting up.
Ø With power off position memory function, on-site protection of parameters, position and program.
Ø With multi-step programming function, it can program up to 99 steps, can realize multi-step automatic operation, complete multi-step parts one-time processing, and improve production efficiency.
Ø It can save multiple sets of process parameters. When the product is changed, only the original recipe can be recalled.

The cleaning tools and kits are to help the installer to clean the dust or water drop on the connector endface so to make sure good connection.
