Safe exit system of off-line vehicles in automobile production line
1 Introduction
The production line of the automobile is a running water production line. The production cycle of the vehicle is 2-4 minutes. The finished vehicle is an unsafe vehicle because it has not undergone the final commissioning and commissioning procedures. The vehicle is driven by the driver to the commissioning workshop after leaving the line. When you go to the commissioning workshop, you will pass through the intersection of the factory. There are often trucks and pedestrians passing through the road. When the vehicle goes offline, the driver does not know whether there are trucks and pedestrians at the crossing, and it is prone to safety accidents.
Design plan
The program is designed to install traffic lights on the vehicle crossing crossing instructions, vehicle off the line alarm, vehicle display LED display equipment. The vehicle off-line alarm is used to prompt pedestrians to go offline; the traffic light is used to prompt the truck driver to go offline; the LED display can indicate the offline conditions of the vehicle and inform the truck driver and pedestrian vehicle off the line. The control master device selected Schneider Twido series PLC TWDLCAA40DRF, this control is 40 I/Os, 24 inputs, 14 relay outputs and 2 transistor outputs; the programming software is Schneider TwidoSoft programming software. The display control mode is Modbus Ascll communication mode, which changes the display information through communication. The detection device uses the sense coil to sense the condition of the vehicle. Through the coil controller to the PLC control signal. The remote remote control recovery function is also set in the system. This function is mainly used when the off-line vehicle fails at the crossing, and the maintenance worker needs to stop the alarm information in time when it is being repaired.
3. Summary
During the commissioning of this system, because the site of the off-line vehicle is of different heights, sometimes the instability of the vehicle is detected, resulting in instability of the system. Through subsequent debugging, the parameters of the inductive coil are detected, and finally the stability is within the middle. Can work stable. Through the installation of this system, the safety factor of the plant has been greatly improved, and the safety management has realized automatic control.
