Aixtron revealed that the domestic LED epitaxial wafer factory including Ronda Electronics has ordered 6 å‹ MOCVD machines from Ai Siqiang, and it is expected that the machines will be supplied in the second half of the year. Compared with Taiwanese companies, Korean LED epitaxial manufacturers have added MOCVD machines without any problems. Earlier, they have purchased several 6-inch MOCVD machines.

Ai Siqiang pointed out that considering the customer's upgrade requirements, the size of the Aussie 8 å‹ MOCVD machine is not much different from that of the machine below 8 ,, mainly because the internal wafer groove structure area is different, and the replacement crystal can be replaced later. In order to avoid the LED main lighting demand sprouting, LED supply is tightening, Longda Electronics expects that there will be 80 MOCVD machines in place by the end of this year. In 2011, 50 MOCVD machines will be added one after another, with 4-6 å‹ machines. Mainly, there will be a total of 130 MOCVD machines by the end of 2011. As of 2012, 6 to 8 å‹ MOCVD machines will be expanded depending on market demand.
