Pucheng Technology's latest energy-saving lighting chip solution will be exhibited at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition China Import and Export Commodities Trading Pazhou Complex on June 9-12, 2010. Display products include high-power LED driver chip - PT69XX series and 650V multi-function electronic ballast driver chip - PT56XX series.
For high-power LED driver chip series, in low-voltage LED auxiliary lighting applications, such as decorative lights or emergency lighting, Pucheng developed PT6905 and PT6910, both of which integrate 40V/1.2A power MOS switches with various protection functions. SOT89 small package and integrated heat sink are available. The PT6905 has a built-in three-stage dimming controller that can be dimmed with an ordinary switch. In high-voltage LED lighting applications, such as home and office lighting, PT6907, PT6909 and PT6911 developed by Pucheng have low starting current and low standby power consumption; PT6907 has built-in linear dimming controller, which can realize linear adjustment with ordinary switch. Light function, built-in DAC, can use the mains frequency to synchronize control of multiple sets of lamps.
The PT6909 integrates a simple PFC control circuit to make the PF value of the general LED driver circuit easily reach 0.9 or higher. PT6911 adopts hysteresis PFM control mode to avoid the influence of load and inductance on LED current, high linear load adjustment capability and soft start function.
Another series of electronic ballast driver ICs is on display, including dimming series and ballast series. Dimming series ICs (PT5621, PT5622, PT5623) have simple and reliable applications, and support a variety of dimming control methods, such as remote control, VR, ThreeWaySwitch, common switch segmentation and ordinary switch linear dimming. The ballast series ICs (PT5612, PT5613, PT5615) integrate richer functions such as various safety protections, APFC, 650V half-bridge drivers and multi-lamp applications.
